Admin Assist Direct is owned by Intercity Pty Ltd, a company that has been providing consultancy services since 1994, mainly in the areas of back office processes for residential construction, property development and trade services related businesses.

When GST was introduced in 2000 the company began to offer bookkeeping, payroll and BAS services. Its client base broadened and now includes businesses in Construction, Real Estate, Pharmacies, Hospitality, Catering, Child Minding and Solar Energy.
