  I had the chance to work at Herston First Steps I left under away I would hope no one else ever as too. Its now been a few years since. And I find It still finds its way to get at former members. It as had a great range of staff members and then there have been others. I have tried contact with their Director and no reply. I believe she as a hard job, and its a pity if she allows those still there from that time, to still do what they are doing. Management, when i was there, as since left. And I can only hope things will only get better for the place. I know of previous staff my self included that would have no problem going back, if changes are happening. Between bullying, bad management at that time, didnt help anyone including staff. I can only recommend this place as its okay, when i would love to say not okay. Because at that time, it wasnt. To this day, previous staff still hear, how nasty they are. This is still bullying, no matter what. If those still there wish to message me, please do. Please understand, there are still some good members there. Not all of them back stab/bully/harass anyone. All those that had worked with me and have now left there, where the rocks that made it bearable and for that im always grateful. So when you make a choice, Please go by your gut feeling. Its the best way to get a feel for a place. At no time, did management at the time, ever speak to me on the why i did what i did, and i dont ever recommend doing what i did. I was backed into a corner. But I believe new management is now looking after them, from that time. *UPDATED I have had the chance to meet The new director today and look around the centre. Its had many changes and i can honestly say its 100 times better. Then my previous post. They are working hard and have come along way. I still stand behind what i say. But take a look before making a judgement. The staff that i know are still there are wonderful. xxx Thanks.
