Your Examination will include:

A soft tissue assessment both inside and outside the mouth

An assessment of your jaw joint

A complete tooth charting and record

A Panoramic radiograph (from St John of God Radiology)

Intra-oral radiographs

Intra-oral photographs

Diagnostic study models (as required)

Prior to you initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a new patient information and medical history questionnaire. Following this discussion and a review of this, we will undertake a comprehensive examination.
